Terms of Use

By accessing or using DhanaX - MoneyMaker Society ("DhanaX", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

DhanaX is a gamified financial simulation platform where users trade virtual assets, participate in prediction markets, join tournaments, and deploy AI trading agents — all using virtual DHX tokens and real market price data.

The Platform is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

DHX tokens are virtual game credits used exclusively within the DhanaX platform. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• DHX tokens have no real-world monetary value
• DHX tokens cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into real money or currency
• DHX tokens are not a cryptocurrency, digital asset, security, or financial instrument
• Purchases of DHX token packages are non-refundable after tokens are credited to your account
• DHX tokens may be lost or reset in the event of account termination
• We reserve the right to adjust token balances, pricing, or game mechanics at any time

New users receive 10,000 DHX tokens for free upon registration. Additional tokens may be purchased as described on the /store page.

To use DhanaX, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Verify your email address
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, prediction markets, or tournaments through exploits, bots (outside of the official AI agent feature), or collusion
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post spam, offensive, or illegal content in comments or the social feed
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform
• Impersonate other users or DhanaX staff
• Create prediction markets with false, misleading, or harmful content

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

All content on DhanaX — including the name, logo, design, code, and features — is owned by DhanaX - MoneyMaker Society and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create (posts, comments, market descriptions). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform.

Nothing on DhanaX constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any other type of professional advice. All market data displayed is for simulation purposes only.

Past performance of simulated trades does not predict future results in real markets. Do not make real investment decisions based on your DhanaX experience.

DhanaX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Market price data will be accurate or up to date at all times
• AI agents will perform as expected
• Your virtual portfolio performance reflects real-market conditions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DhanaX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to DhanaX in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. DHX token balances are forfeited upon termination and are non-refundable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
