DhanaX - MoneyMaker Society ("DhanaX", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform at dhanax.app.

By accessing or using DhanaX, you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Information you provide directly:

• Account registration data: email address, username, password (stored hashed)
• Profile information: optional display name, avatar
• OAuth data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google
• Payment data: billing details processed by Stripe (we never store raw card numbers)
• Communications: messages sent to our support email or Discord server

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate geolocation (country level, via MaxMind GeoIP2)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Pages visited and actions taken within the platform
• Session cookies and authentication tokens

• To create and maintain your account
• To process DHX token purchases via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset, purchase receipts)
• To display leaderboard rankings and public profile data
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use
• To improve platform performance and fix bugs
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway.app (cloud infrastructure in the United States). We use industry-standard security practices including:

• Passwords hashed with BCrypt
• All connections encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
• API keys and secrets stored as environment variables, never in code
• JWT tokens with expiration for session management
• AI agent API keys encrypted with AES-256/GCM

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

DhanaX uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in. Google Privacy Policy
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Railway.app — cloud hosting
• Vercel — frontend hosting
• Sentry — error monitoring (may capture anonymized error data)
• MaxMind GeoIP2 — country-level geolocation from IP address

Market price data is sourced from CoinGecko, TwelveData, and Finnhub. These providers do not receive your personal data.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right of rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right of erasure — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Right to portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Right to object — object to certain types of processing
• Right to restriction — request that we limit processing of your data

DhanaX uses the following cookies:

• mms_token — authentication JWT token (session cookie, required for login)
• localStorage — stores your auth token and UI preferences locally in your browser

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. The cookies we use are strictly necessary for the platform to function.

DhanaX is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of DhanaX after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
